RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher - level 200/200 hours)	200 hours standard
E-RYT 200 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher - level 200/200Hours) - E-RYT^SM 200 is RYT^SM 200 with a minimum of 2 years and 1,000 hours of yoga teaching experience since becoming a RYT^SM 200
RYT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher - level 500/500 hours)	500 hour standard
E-RYT 500 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher - level 500/500Hours) - E- RYT^SM 500 is RYT^SM 500 with a minimum of 4 years and 2,000 hours of yoga teaching experience after becoming a RYT^SM, 500 hours of which must be after becoming a RYT^SM 500

RYS® Standards

RYS®s (Registered Yoga schools) have met the current yoga teacher training standards as described by the Yoga Alliance® (200 and/or 500).

Graduates of Registered Yoga Schools (RYS®) are eligible to apply to register as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®s).

Assisted Chair Yoga Class - Begins May 1, 2013

Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:00pm

$55 per month

This special class makes Yoga truly accessible to all and specially those with limited mobility. Pre/Post injury or surgery, practice yoga assisted by a chair and other yoga props such as stability balls, the barre, yoga blocks and straps.
